ISOPARAFFIN M is same as isopar M fluid Isopar M fluid is high-purity synthetic isoparaffin solvents, narrow boiling ranges of hydrocarbon fluids. Isoparaffin fluid is the widely used grade in isoparaffinic hydrocarbons. Isopar M fluid has a low viscosity and is relatively volatile. Isoparaffin fluid has a low surface tension, which means it can wet surfaces easily and penetrate into small crevices. This property makes it effective as a cleaning and degreasing agent.Isopar M fluid is soluble in many organic solvents, but is insoluble in water. This property makes it useful as a solvent in many products where water solubility is not desirable.
